The 10-Minute Tiramisu recipe
brings all the chaos out of the traditional Tiramisu by simplifying things
while producing full delicious success.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup mascarpone cheese, room
temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Amaretto liquor
or Brandy (optional but yummy!)
2 cups espresso or STRONG
coffee at room temperature
1 pack
Cocoa powder for dusting the
top
Beat the whipping cream,
sugar and vanilla until soft peaks are formed.
Apply the mascarpone cheese
and the amaretto, and proceed to whip to a firm peak.
Dip the ladyfingers in the
coffee and brandy if your adding it, and put them in the 8×8 pan to create the
first sheet you should fit around 7 cookies in each sheet. Don't let them soak,
in your coffee and or brandy to long, they fall apart easy, only a fast dip of
coffee is enough.
Spread half of the cream
combination on top of the first layer of the ladyfingers.
Continue the cycle with a
second coat of ladyfingers and a combination of cream.
Dust the top of the dessert
with cocoa powder with a sieve. Refrigerate for around 2-4 hours.
