Amore di Mona Chocolate Review

I have today the opportunity to review unique chocolates from the company Amore di Mona, from Louisville, KY.

Amoredi Mona is a company that is made up of a group of nutrition-oriented food craftsmen and health professionals. In response to the world's increasing demand for luxurious, all natural, plant-based, popular allergen-free and low-glycemic sweets, we produced in 2011 a line of good, rich chocolates that most people would appreciate.

Previously, their group of chefs provided special diet desserts to natural food grocery stores. When they found that they we're unable to source 100 % plant-based chocolate, milk, gluten, soy, milk, cane sugar, tree nuts and peanuts free for everyone's cakes and pastries, Amore di Mona, turned to the biochemist, neurochemistry professor Dr. David Changaris. Amore di Mona, he has developed a pure and simple base chocolate with just three non-gmo, kosher, organic ingredients. They are Belgian cocoa solids, French cocoa butter, and madhava agave nectar.

Now I am honored to be able to taste and review such fine chocolates.

From the box the chocolates come in, to the box of chocolates themselves, they are so expressively packaged. The first box is brown heart shaped, and filled with 16 pieces of Amore di Mona unique chocolates. The box is so pretty, and ready for gift giving, with a lovely fabric bow with the signature of Amore di Mona. Inside when you open the box is their masterpieces of their dark chocolates. Each piece of chocolate from Amore di Mona is vegan chocolate, gluten free, soy free, dairy free and also peanut and nut free. What you get is pure amazingly fine natural chocolate. Not only is Amore di Mona, chocolates available to you online, but also from select fine epicurian purveyors.

Tasting a few pieces from the box, the chocolate is so elegant, they are in a class all their own. And the way they are presented, they are a very luxurious ready for gift for giving. It gives you peace of mind that you are putting pure chocolate in your mouth, that contains no chemicals, additives, or artificial ingredients. All the ingredients are high standard, keeping your health in mind, when created.

All the chocolate in the box is dark chocolate, decorated so stunningly, and shaped just the same. Purely, and simply put excellent chocolate.

Also included from Amore di Mona, was a small sample box of chocolates as well. There is three pieces, one vanilla ganache, one dark chocolate, and one coffee caramela.
