Ipanema Valley Review

Ipanema Valley works with small family farms in the Cachoeiras de Macacu and Minas Gerais province of Brazil. Together, developers produce and market a robust superfood identified as "banana mass" by concentrating bananas down by 80 per cent to increase nutrient density and flavor.

Many of the bananas we use are rejected by the grocery stores because of their cosmetic value. What Ipanema Valley does, is   pay the farmers for what is rejected, giving them a revenue for what they would have to throw away. From Ipanema Valley, I received three flavors of what they call, SquareBananas 2GO. In each bag you get individual squares of the banana snack. You would never believe in this tiny square there is one whole banana. What is it? A banana with a new shape, and packed with wonderful nutritional values. They are the perfect snack for on the go, great for kids lunches, and great for a nibble before a great work out. The only ingredients, in these square Banana2GO, snacks, are, one hundred percent "Bananas". These snacks are the new, standard for a energy bar, and a snack for kiddies at the same time. You will feel great knowing that you are eating a eco friendly superfood. The snack will last up to one year, a regular banana can't do that. The snacks are great to keep on hand for any time of the day, and safe for diabetics as well. The texture is soft and chewy, and really does still taste like a banana. Best part is how convenient they are. This product replaces the real banana which has a short shelf life.

The other bag that Ipanema Valley sent to me, was square bananas 2GO with coconut. Just saying the name, makes my mouth water. This is another healthy snack, that can be taken with you where ever you go. Outside, or inside, they make a quick and healthy snack to grab. Think of it as the new banana! With only two ingredients in the square, a whole banana and dried coconut, how can you go wrong. You can hide them in your office desk for a quick pick me up, pack them in the kids lunches, or just use them as a snack. The final bag in the box from Ipanema Valley, was their squares banana and pineapple. Another vegan, gluten free healthy alternative to a real banana. These are so much easier to eat to. There's no peel to look for a place to throw away when you out, no smashed up banana in your lunch bag, and they are delicious. And the best part, you are helping to turn waste into profits. The taste of the banana and pineapple combo makes you think of a banana split on a warm summer day. The banana pineapple, is as soft and chewy as the others. Almost melts in your mouth!
