Fathead Peppers Review

Going to make a quick easy dinner tonight, and incorporate two products I received from Fathead Peppers.

Fathead Peppers, LLC, company was, Founded in 2005 by Fathead, Mark Jesse. The Fathead Pepper itself was created 15 years ago by Mark 's willingness to build a bigger, thicker, improved pepper.

A combination of hot cherry peppers, imported prosciotto, imported aged provolone, fine oils and spices shortly became a favorite, of family and friends.  Marks, mother in law provided the inspiration for the company's name and formation. She sometimes referred to Mark as "Fathead," but the title became more of a calling of endearment.  Hence came the name Fathead Peppers. Now Fathead Peppers is a made in US business, that is family owned.

Fathead Peppers does not only provide great products for people, they have been donating to our men and women serving us over seas.  The Certificates of Appreciation are what Fathead loves most about being in business. He feels that the ability to share his products with the Soldiers is the highest honor, he can do for them for risking their lives to protect our country. What a great achievement!

With that being said, I am so thankful, for Fathead Peppers for giving me the opportunity to use their products, in my dinner tonight.

I am keeping it light, but with a ton of flavors with two of Fathead Peppers, products. The first will be the jar of Fathead Peppers stuffed with prosciotto, provolone, and all in a solution. For this I am making a bruschetta, and the stuffed peppers will be the star ingredient on top. I am chopping the stuffed peppers and placing them on a bed of sautéed kale, that is sitting on top of toasted garlic bread. Oh, does my house smell fantastic. Now inside these hot cherry tomatoes, is a aged sharp provolone cheese, and prosciotto. And they are resting in a marinade of Fatheads secret blend of not only oils, but his secret seasonings.

So after toasting the garlic bread, I took some of the marinade, the peppers are resting in and coated the bread lightly. Then took the stuffed hot cherry peppers and chopped them into small chunks, then tossed them with the sautéed kale. Can I hear a Amen! It paired so well with all the other ingredients, but the hot cherry stuffed peppers, out shined them. Every bite you took, had a kick to it, and the marinade in the jar, complimented the garlic bread. The jar did all the work for me as far as flavor. Now Fathead calls these stuffed hot cherry peppers gourmet, and he's hit the nail on the head with that. I can see these chopped into a omelets, or heck just eat them right out the jar.

Pizza was on my mind, for the jar of Fathead Peppers, spicy pesto with sun dried tomatoes and provolone cheese. I mean after all most of the ingredients for the pizza was already in the jar. Fathead Peppers spicy pesto has a gourmet ingredient list of sun dried tomato's, aged sharp provolone, and Fatheads marinade. The top of the pizza was covered with the spicy pesto, all I added was some chunks of provolone. That’s it! A fast and simple delicious pizza that had all the fixings right from a jar. The pizza was super, I could not have asked for it to be any better. It had a little kick, and the sun dried tomatoes and provolone cheese melded perfectly as a pizza topping. The jar of pesto provided a burst of flavor in every slice that was eaten. I could see eating this on top of a toasted bagel, or even as the only ingredient in pasta as the coating. The Fathead Peppers spicy pesto is truly a gourmet delight. Full of flavor, and just the right texture, and blend size. It's not to thin, not to thick. It truly is a versatile spicy pesto, with so many recipe ideas.
