As
I always do, I will incorporate three products True Natural Taste sent over.
The
first in my dish, I incorporated Rhinegeld German mustard with white wine. I
made deviled eggs and in the yolk mixture, put one table spoon of the Rhinegeld
German mustard with white wine. Rhinegeld is a dragon slayer's mustard, richly
deserving of this precious gem. The artful combination of mustard seed and a
vast array of spices with a heavy touch of white wine made this old world
flavor fit for a king 's table. This is truly the mustard aristocrat for those
who seek a food excursion. This was a very elegant flavored mustard, that could
be used in a variety of dishes. The German Mustard with white wine is gluten
free, and is non allergenic. The taste is truly delicious, and very gourmet.
The Rhinegeld German Mustard with white wine is a blend of elegant flavors from
Dijon mustard, stout white wine and a array of continental
spices. The texture of the German mustard is grainy, but in a fine way. It is a
true classic, that has a taste beyond that of other mustards. I would have to
say it’s the champagne of its kind. It melded perfectly with my egg yolks,
giving the deviled eggs a truly gourmet flavor. But it would also pair
perfectly with brats, or on a sandwich, or even on a steak. This pale yellow
German Mustard with white wine, is spicy but sweet at the same time, and has a
smooth grind to it. A true gourmet product!
The
second, product received from True Natural Taste is their Atomic extra hot
horseradish. Identified just over 45 years earlier, Atomic Horseradish utilized
the same tightly guarded formula for the hospitality industry. It is an
exclusive choice of hotels , resorts and restaurants. The exact, delicious and
extra hot radish for your personal use is now available. The horseradish of California is very, very hot. Parsnips are introduced to
suppress the inherent bitterness, contributing to intense fire, which mushrooms
through the sinuses and gives you the pleasing savor. Luckily my family likes
it hot, so for incorporating this Atomic extra hot horseradish into a dish, I
made a sauce to pair with my roast beef for dinner. When the label says its
extra hot, take note, it is. The Atomic extra hot horseradish, is also gluten
free, kosher, vegan, and has the taste of fresh ingredients. Definitely the
taste of a true homemade horseradish. A little dap of my sauce on the roast
beef slices, was just the right amount. Other family members did add extra on
the side. Atomic extra hot horseradish, will make your eyes tear, and you mouth
will burn, but in a elegant, delicious way. The ingredients in the Atomic
horseradish are all natural, and you can taste just how fresh. The texture is
delightfully creamy, with a amazing kick, that can be paired so well with many
dishes. Use it for fish, as a condiment, or even in salads. The taste will
delight and waken your taste buds.
Now
the last jar from True Natural Taste, was a jar of Morehouse Horseradish Mustard. Artfully beginning with premium mustard seeds blended with California horseradish and deliciously seasoned with gourmet
spices that truly create a delicious blend of hearty and bold flavors.
Dating back to, 1898, this authentic mustard has
been produced using only traditional stone grinding methods. This is also a
horseradish mustard that is gluten free, finely crafted, and very well
seasoned. It is a very versatile mustard, and for me I made a glazed potato
salad with it. The taste of the potato salad was very hearty, and full bodied. This
mustard reminds you of years past, going to get a good pastrami on rye sandwich.
If it was eaten on a sandwich, I could say you would be licking your fingers
afterwards. The texture is also finely grained, and smooth at the same time. If
you like both types of this ingredient, meaning horseradish, and mustard, you
will love the Morehouse Horseradish Mustard. The flavor accented the potato
salad so well, and was mild even for having horseradish as a ingredient. I
could also see using this on a roast beef sandwich, a burger, or even as a
glaze for fish.
