If you
want to try anything other than beef burgers, try this recipe for turkey
burgers. It's a terrific and delectable alternative to regular hamburgers.

ground turkey
¼ cup
seasoned breadcrumbs
¼ cup
onion (finely diced)
2 egg
whites (lightly beaten)
¼ cup
fresh parsley (chopped)
1 garlic
clove (minced)
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine
ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, salt, pepper, and
garlic in a large mixing bowl. Form the mixture into 12 patties after
thoroughly mixing it.
Arrange
patties on the grill and cook burgers until internal temperature reaches 180
degrees (about 7 minutes per side). You may also cook them in a skillet.
