The flavor profile is fantastic, and everyone enjoyed the omelet to the last bite. Along with my tuna sandwich, I made some rosemary fries that were cooked drizzled with Sonoma Farm, rosemary, and basil-infused olive oil. This Sonoma Farm Italian Dipping Oil is made with an infusion of extra virgin olive oil. Includes fresh garlic and basil, as well as oregano and basil flakes floating in the oil. This oil is made entirely of natural ingredients, including solely first-pressed extra virgin olive oil. With Sonoma Farm infused olive oils, you don't need to add much to your dish, well maybe just a fresh garnish! This is a dipping olive oil, but pairs so well as a drizzle on bruschetta to fish to a nice sub sandwich. You will find it is very versatile, as all the products are.

The starter dish for dinner was some garlic pasta, drizzled with Sonoma Farm, fresh garlic-infused olive oil. Just so fresh tasting and aromatic.
