How about this for breakfast, a turkey
pizza!!!
Ingredients
1 pound
pizza dough store-bought
nonstick
cooking spray
1/4 sweet
onion medium, sliced
1/2 red
bell pepper sliced
1 teaspoon
yellow cornmeal plain
1 1/2
cups cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 pound
Lean Original Turkey Breakfast Sausage about 7 links, cooked according to
package instructions, sliced into rounds
4 large
eggs
1/2
teaspoon fresh thyme leaves minced
Heat the
oven to 500°F and place a rack in the upper third. Cook the onion and pepper
until tender-crisp, 3-5 minutes, in a large nonstick skillet sprayed with
cooking spray.
On a
lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to approximately 1/4-inch thickness
(about 14x10 inches).
Coat a
15x10-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and dust with cornmeal.
