Anything that starts with bread, and cheese
has to be amazing. You will love this appetizer or snack!
Ingredients:
8 oz of
cream cheese, softened
1 c. grated
parmesan cheese, divided
2 (8 oz) cans of crescent rolls
1 c. of
chopped red pepper
1/4 c. fresh parsley.
Combine
the cream cheese and 3/4 cup of the parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
Chop the
parsley and red pepper into small pieces. Roll out the dough, cut it into pairs
of crescent triangles, and press the seams together to form a rectangle. Put 3
tablespoons of the cheese mixture on top, followed by the peppers and parsley.
Folding and pressing the edges together before slicing into 32 equal pieces.
Finish with the remaining 1/4 cup parmesan. Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350°F.
There are 32 total servings.
