Drink
this wonderful elixir made with calming chamomile and lavender to help you fall
asleep.
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2
cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp.
chamomile buds
1/2 tsp.
dried lavender buds
1 tbsp.
raw honey
Instructions
In a
saucepan over low heat, combine all of the ingredients. Simmer for 7 minutes,
or until steamy but not boiling.
Allow the
flavors to soak for 5 minutes after turning off the heat.
Pour into
the measuring cup with a strainer over it, then filter into a mug and serve!
