It's 6am and time to wake up and start breakfast. But first I
am about to grind some coffee beans from a company called Harden. Located in Campbellsville,
Kentucky.
At Harden, they invest in a practical
approach to the way they produce their blends and roasts, they, always trust in
the art of imagination when it comes to taste, in discovering different
variations, of new worlds of flavor.
Harden, has award-winning
baristas that deliver everything from Cortados to Cappuccinos, and the Harden
pastry chef, keeps creating tasty stuff in the kitchen, there's something for
everybody. Moreover, the restored 19th century building is where you can see, how Harden
is a rising roastery.
A not for-profit branch of
Harden Coffee formed to link with established coffee making organizations to
broaden it's community ties through business growth, cultivation, and culinary arts.
This was the Idea behind Harden.
The Vineyard project has
created a wonderful dream and trustworthy framework to promote the
interactions required for Harden's skills and their relationships to bloom.
This arrangement will have a steady profit for both of the involved parties
which will set up for the second step of the root project. The profits from
this process will go directly to the involved collaborations.
Harden Coffee, utilizing
established coffee alliances generated during phase one, where they will begin
to establish a direct trade connections with coffee growers of origins. Once
these partnerships have been developed and the coffee quality requirements have
been achieved, all the coffee sold via the Origins project will be coffee from
these business relationships.
So now with a little history
of the company, it's time to grind, after all I have a hungry crowd.
The beans, grinded perfectly
in the grinder, and then they we're placed into a drip coffee maker and brewed
perfectly. The house was full of aroma from the coffee, with a scent of
chocolate and nutty scents. The body of the coffee was full, and the texture
very smooth. There was a hint of citrus that you could taste on your palette. The
blend of the coffee was from, Brazil / El Salvador . This is wear the flavor came in. Not over powering with acidity,
sweet and fruity, with a floral and spicy under tone. I would say, a honey type
coffee with a chocolaty, tangerine citrus is what I experienced.
Not only does Harden produce
coffee, they are also know for their café. The customers can experience a great
cup of coffee, with some wonderful dish's.

Harden online or at their place of business.
