Happie Chicks Boiled Peanut Review

Well dinner is over, and it's time to try some boiled peanuts from a company called Happie Chicks. Located in, Charleston, SC. The company's history is all about Jill. Throughout her previous life, Jill spent much of her time serving youth as Emergency Case Manager, Troubled Teen Counselor, and Licensed Tennis Coach. She was newly admitted to the Wingate Tennis Hall of Fame.

Boiling peanuts is a passionof Jill's. And much as learning the fine art of producing Southern Sweet Tea, their cooking process can not be contained in a single formula.

So to get started, the family is trying a bowl of the roasty toasty shelled peanuts. You can tell by the bag that these we're selected with care, and only the finest ones we're bagged. The size of the peanuts are a medium size, and each one raw is very enjoyable. These peanuts are not only good out the bag, but great for your favorite recipes.

Next was the boiled peanuts they came in low salt, habanero and regular. If you don't know what a boiled peanut is, it is a Southern thing. They are peanuts boiled in water until the kernels turn soft. And prove to be very addictive, so have a extra pair of hands around to take them away.

The family ate them like any other peanut, but you can boil them in spices if you like. The great thing about the peanuts are they are not over salty, perfectly balanced. It was nice that there was a low salt package that came, this is great for those have to watch their sodium intake. The low sodium still had a nice flavor to it, you will not miss the saltiness.

As far as the habanero peanuts, the heat was nothing over the top, everyone was able to eat the peanuts with no problem. They just give you a extra kick of flavor, that lingers for a slight bit, nothing you will not be able to handle.

What makes the peanuts even taste better is that Happie Chicks use's Edisto Beach water when making their boiled peanuts, it's their special surprise ingredient.

Peanuts are great any time, with your favorite beer, a dessert topping, even with meat dish's.
