Little Acre Ketchup Review

It's a rainy day here in New Jersey, and I am, going to make a picnic inside for tonight's dinner. And doing so I will be using condiments that Little Acre Gourmet sent to me. Bill, a condiment enthusiast, had thought of buying and operating a hot dog cart in his retirement years.  You wouldn't believe this is the most rational or even the most acceptable idea for a 40-year vegetarian. Yet hot dogs, whether beef or veggies, are the ultimate condiment tool.

So for the dinner dish of the night, its cheese burgers, and French fries. A all American inside picnic, lemonade and all.

For the burgers, I am only going to add a pinch of salt, and a 1/4 tsp of butter, and 1tbs. of the Little Acre three pepper ketchup more spicy. Then when I assemble the burgers, on top we will ad a dab of the same ketchup.

So the burgers are done, they are assembled, topped with the toppings and the little acre three pepper ketchup more spicy. The ketchup takes the burgers to a all new level of pure awesomeness. You get the taste of the tomatoes, peppers, and the other ingredients. There is no over powering taste of the white vinegar, all ingredients balanced perfectly. Now mind you, this ketchup can be used in many of your recipes. Let's take salsa for one. If you looking for a extra kick, well this Little Acre three pepper ketchup will fit the bill.

Along side the burgers, I air fryed some crinkle cut French fries. The only thing I added was a small amount of sea salt. I want to taste the fries with the Little Acre three pepper ketchup spicy. I did not want anything to interfere with that.

The Little Acre three pepper ketchup spicy, added a high level of flavor to the palate. The fries with the sea salt was a great combo. There is heat to the ketchup, there's no doubt about that. But again the balance of the ingredients, and what you add to your recipe, balances out great. Again, this can be added to many other recipes, especially as a glaze for chicken, or added to horseradish to make cocktail sauce for shrimp. Any place in a recipe that you want to add some heat to.

Of course you can just use both of these ketchups from Little Acre right out of the jar.
