The Artistic Bean coffee company

Tonight's coffee with desert is from a company called the Artistic Bean, organic coffee and coffee house. They are located in Fort Smith Arkansas.

The company only produce's organic coffee, and nothing less then that. They do their very best to provide you with the best coffee experience there can be.

The Artistic Bean and coffee house, not only involves the very finest organic coffee, but also fantastic food and a nice, welcoming environment. They always pledge that no matter how much they expand, they will only use the finest coffee beans, toasted in small batches to insure that the quality is at its highest. There's a distinction between decent coffee and "Good" coffee. They challenge you to check everything out and "Taste the Difference"

They always roast sustainable organic coffee. Certifications are required upon request.

The bag ground coffee I received was Guatemala Huehuetenango, (pronounced “way-way-ten-an-go”). This specialty coffee was cultivated in one of the highest mountain ranges in Central America, situated in the state of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. A thoroughly, washed bean was toasted in small amounts to yield rich notes of caramel and nutty, a well balanced coffee.

When you taste the coffee, you can tell by the taste, how they take their time in the process of production. The coffee was a medium roast, with a cupping note of maple, orange, chocolate, and fruity tones. A smooth coffee, that was well balanced with flavor. The coffee had very little acidity, mild to say the least. The over cup was absolutely delectable. The aroma when brewing gave my kitchen a floral scent. The after taste was clean, and lingered pleasantly on the palate.

The coffee made a great addition to our desert tonight, and was very enjoyable.
