Confectioners' Sugar

Out of Confectioner's Sugar, don't panic, make your own!

1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Add all ingredients

In a mixer or food processor, add sugar and cornstarch. Pulse until the mixture has a powdery sugar consistency.
