Ingredients
12 oz cream cheese
1 cup yogurt of choice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1 additional tbsp sugar
food coloring
candy sprinkles for top
Bring the cream cheese to
room temperature. Mix all ingredients but the colors until smooth. You can use
, a hand mixer, blender or food
processor. Divide into four small dishes
and apply a separate color to each bowl.
Drop spoonfuls of each color into a serving dish, mixing colors. Swirl
the mix
with a spoon. Remains should be sealed and refrigerated for up to three
days.
