Bacon Gouda Cheese Dip



All you need is the following:

3 … 8 oz packages of cream cheese, room temperature

12 oz of shredded Gouda cheese

2 shallots

2 cloves of garlic

salt/pepper to taste

8 strips of cooked and drained bacon

small handful of fresh chives

Place the shallots and garlic in the food processor.

Pulse it to merge.

Insert the cream cheese and pulse.

Add the cheese and the pulse.

Insert the bacon, the seasoning as well as the chives.

Run for about 20 seconds until smooth .

Place in a serving dish and refrigerate before ready to eat
