Cinco de Mayo recipe



INGREDIENTS

1 bag Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips
2 sticks Cream cheese, softened
½ cup Sour cream
1pouch Taco seasoning
TOPPINGS:

2 cups Lettuce, shredded
1 ½ cups Assorted tomatoes, sliced in half
1 Green bell pepper, diced
½ Jalapeño, optional
½ cup Black olives, pitted & sliced


Put the melted cream cheese, the sour cream and the light taco seasoning in a bowl.  Using an electric blender, add all the ingredients together, blend till all are combined and smooth.

Move the mixture to the serving dish and apply all the necessary toppings, preferably fresh.

My family and I, used toppings that we normally apply to our tacos, and it made total sense to include lettuce, onions, bell pepper, jalapeno and black olives.

Keep the dip cold before eating and serve with, Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips.
