Dessert tonight was amazing, tasting fine homemade
sweet treats from Beatrice Bakery Co., located in Beatrice , NE.
The company was very gracious with the sweet treats,
sending several products, that I could not wait to share with my family, as a
surprise after dinner.
Beatrice Bakery Company has a wonderful story how it
all began. From Grandma's fruitcake that dates back to 1917, to present day.
Crafting homemade delicious sweet treats, that are true artisan gourmet's. With

The first thing I did was plate the chocolate covered fruit and nut cakes squares from Beatrice Bakery Co. They are small squares
with big exquisite taste. This is a Grandma's product, that truly taste
homemade. The box is perfect for gift giving as well. The chocolate fruit and
nut cakes are so decadent, I couldn't wait to taste the other two confections
sent over. The combination of all the ingredients in these treasures are so
succulent. And with a cold glass of milk, they are the perfect way to end the
evening.
The next after dinner treat was the Beatrice Bakery,
chocolate rum cake. A few slices, and you were in love. It was the chocolate
rum cake, and all I can say is "Wow". Serving it, you have to be so
careful, or it will be gone in a second. The dark chocolate, and the rum, is so
elegantly handcrafted. The flavor profile is rich, light, and moist, and
bursting with pure heavenly flavor. It has the most fresh and delicious flavor
to it. Perfect for elegant Holiday gatherings, or a cordial dinner party. However you
serve it up, your guests, or your family will fall in love. Every bite you
take, you savor the gourmet, artisan, love and time put into the baking of it. If
I am not mistaken, when slicing it I think I saw some rum dripping out a
little, this is how moist the cake is. From the attractive box, to the stunning
rum cake, just exquisite.
Now if you know me, you know my weakness is fruit and nut cake. And when you see the Grandma's one from Beatrice Bakery Co., you
can't help but to not want to just dive in. There are chunks of cherries,
pineapples, walnuts, raisins, almonds, pecans, in a wonderful flavored cake
with bourbon, rum and brandy, and elegantly decorated. It is just a dessert to
savor every bite you take. The fruit cake comes in a nice box, that is ready
for gift giving. Sorry I wouldn't, it is all mine! Serve it for Christmas, for
a Anniversary, or just slice some with a hot cup of coffee. However you decide
to do it, you will just fall in love. This fruit cake will not disappoint! It's
so fresh, and full of fruits and nuts, that you get some in each bite, no
skimping on anything in this cake.
