Judge Casey's Irish country ketchup

Today, I am making two meals, and sending them over to my daughters house, so she doesn't have to cook when she gets home. I will of course make extra so I can taste the products, and share the taste with all of you.

The company, Judge Casey's, has sent over two bottles of their Irish Country Ketchup. It is a old family recipe, that date's back to the 1950's, and made in the family kitchen. There is wonderful reading about the family, and their history on the website, that everyone will enjoy.

Today, the products come from juicy ripe California tomatoes, right from the vines. With a splash of vinegar, and some sun dried tomatoes for a nice infusion. Raisins bring the natural sweetness to the blend as well, with a array of spices to top the flavor.

Now let me tell you what I cooked up with Judge Casey's Irish Country Ketchup!

First I made a batch of chicken wings, and for the glaze I used the Irish Country Ketchup. I was amazed how the flavor went right down to the chicken bones. The Irish Country Ketchup was the star flavor profile for sure. It brought forth the flavor of sweet and savory at the same time. This is definitely a gourmet ketchup, that takes flavor profiles to the next level. And as far as using it to coat the chicken, it was no different then using a BBQ sauce. The ketchup is just the right consistency, not to thin, not to thick. All the ingredients that make up the ketchup are all natural. The infusions that are used gives you the most unique tasting ketchup, one that is a first for me.

The other dish I made to send over to my daughters house, was a meatloaf, with the topping of bacon, and Judge Casey's Irish Country Ketchup. Can I tell you, that you will not need anything else for flavor if you use, this ketchup. All the flavors are already in the jar, to make your meal pop. It is sweet, and savory, with a little tang, that hits your palate just right. The ketchup is vegan, non gmo, gluten free, and has no artificial colors or preservatives. It is not even high in fructose corn syrup, so any one can incorporate it into their daily meals.

If you compare this Irish Country Ketchup to store brands, you will find this one is a little bolder, and a little thicker, and has a nice subtle tang, that is not overpowering. There is nothing boring about it, because it brings such flavor to your food. You can use it for meat, poultry, or as a marinade, and it will elevate the flavor profiles perfectly.

And the story of how this Irish Country Ketchup came to be, is so interesting. You are eating a family time old Ketchup that came from Judge Jeremiah P. Casey, whom came to California in 1873. At that time it was quoted in the Oakland Tribune as "the best known & most popular Irishman on the Pacific Coast". Nothing like a food product with history like that.

Now you can be apart of a great family, with their fantastic products in your home!
