Eat This "YUM" marmalade Review

I received a great product today from a company "EAT THIS" yum. A family owned and operated company, based out of Erwinna, PA. All their focus is on all natural, sustainable, locally produced jams, and marmalades.

Using just simple, natural ingredients that are wholesome. Each jar of jam and marmalade, are made from scratch, and have nothing artificial in them as far as ingredients. They also give back to Volunteer Fire Fighters, from every 5 percent of a sale.

They have even been featured on "Oprah's Favorite Things", and "O", magazine November, 2014. And the Intelligencer, November 25th, 2014. And many more!

It's also a point to highlight that their items are produced with sustainable and/or natural ingredients without any added flavorings or preservatives. They want our consumers to be assured that we do use the best ingredients, and locally grown ingredients when possible.

What I cooked with, from Eat This "yum", was a nice oven roasted salmon with the topping of tomato jalapeno marmalade.

The result was a delicious, elegant salmon with a earthy flavor from the Tomato Jalapeno marmalade. The heat is that of medium, then into a warm savory robust flavor. The Eat This yum, tomato jalapeno marmalade is a very versatile jam, that can be used right out of the jar on some fancy crackers, or spread on a nice bagel, but also wonderful incorporated into many recipes. Many recipes, that can be dressed up beautifully with the tomato jalapeno marmalade. The Eat This "yum", marmalade has nice chucks of the fruit, yes tomato's are fruit. Then the natural sweetness, a very aromatic and extraordinary tomato jalapeno marmalade.

The jalapenos do not over power this marmalade at all, they compliment it with a nice kick that is luscious.

This wonderful marmalade is a nice treasure that can be cooked in brie, or great in a pretty dish to serve on your cheese board. Any Holiday meal, or fancy dinner, this tomato jalapeno marmalade will make a palatable addition.

It not only gave the salmon I made a decadent taste, it helped to color it as well.
