Today, I get to create wonderful meals for my family
with products from Terrapin Ridge Farms. CEO and owner Mary O'Donnell grew up, with
a family that loved hosting get together's. Early on she knew she had a love for
not only cooking but for entertaining in a timely manner and still serving
great food. The products from Terrapin Ridge Farms help you to cook in a timely
manner because the products have all the ingredients you already need. This
makes time in the kitchen easier, and more time to spend with family and
friends.
The products sent over, helped me today, to create
some great dish's for my families meal, with little effort and time.
With that being said, let me tell you about these
great products, and what I made.
Being so hot today, I wanted some fast and quick
dish's to serve for dinner. And since Terrapin Ridge Farms products have most
of the ingredients I need already in them, I was able to pull it off. The first
dish I made was a nice grilled cheese sandwich with avocado and onions and
Terrapin Ridge Farms, hot pepper bacon jam. I needed no other flavoring or
spice, the hot pepper bacon jam, provided it all. For Terrapin Ridge Farms,
this was their bronze medal winner from the world wide hot sauce competition,
Jalapeno Jam Category. And when you taste it, you can tell why. The ingredient
list is short and plentiful, with roasted red pepper puree, jalapeno peppers
and real bacon. It's a unique jam, that brings a ton of flavor to your meal. It
has a rich bold flavor to it, and at the fore front, the taste of the real
bacon. This is a wonderful jam, with a nice smooth texture to it. You have a
nice smoky flavor overtone to the hot pepper bacon jam, and it doesn't take
much adding it to your dish, to get the full rich flavor from it. With such
simple ingredients, it brings forth a ton of intense flavor. The hot pepper
bacon jam, is vegan, oil free, and everything you can look for to add to a
recipe. The end result is a wonderful combination of sweet, smoky and the nice
flavor of bacon. This hot pepper bacon jam can be used to replace your
traditional jam, for breakfast, but also would make a great condiment for a
grilled burger. I must warn you though, it's good enough to just grab a spoon
and start eating it from the jar! The jalapeno peppers as the heat component,
is not over bearing what so ever. All the ingredients are perfectly blended.
Having some ground lamb, in the freezer, I decided to
make some grilled lamb burgers, and use the Terrapin Ridge Farms, coconut curry aioli for my only condiment on the burger. Just looking at this Terrapin RidgeFarms, coconut curry aioli, you see a bright yellow product, that is housing
incredible ingredients. The aioli is in a nice squeeze bottle, filled with a
creamy combination of coconut cream and curry. The flavors leave such a
delectable flavor not only on your food, but on your palate. I can not begin to
really tell you how incredible the taste of this aioli has, it's something you
really have to try to understand just how outrageously good it is. With great
healthy and simple ingredients, the coconut curry aioli packs a powerful burst
of flavors. The aromatics when you put it on your food, just invite you in to
bite, and keep biting. The Terrapin Ridge Farms, coconut curry aioli, taste
like you made it in your own kitchen from scratch. The flavors and the color is
stunning.
As a quick side dish, I air fried some French fries,
and topped them with some Parma
Both aioli are gluten free, keto, low in carbs, low in
sugar, and non gmo canola oil is used. Just a simple taste, with heavenly
flavors. Both of the aioli's make a great topping and just the perfect squeeze
for any recipe you are making. They both have wonderful flavors, that you can
use on top of any thing from burgers, to a salad.
