RW Garcia Cracker Review

The company RW Garcia was very gracious to send me come of their great cracker varieties to try out. The company has thirty years under their belt, when RW and Margaret set out to make the best kind of tortilla chips. From selling out of their van, into our homes, the Garcia family was on a committed journey. Also working very close with non profits, and local food banks, that are interested in raising awareness for better eating choices.

I was excited to get started, and the first box I took out was the RW Garcia 3 seed sweet beet. These crackers are gluten free, gmo free, kosher, vegan and wheat free. Made with sweet beets, flaxseed, sesame and chia. The color of the cracker is stunning, and in each one you can literally see the three seeds. The texture is a nice crunch, you can really tell these are a true artisan cracker. The RW Garcia 3 seed sweet beet crackers, make a wonderful substitution for salty crackers on store shelves. There is a slight salt taste to them, which I enjoyed, and they would be great with many different types of dips. Or even serve at a festive party with a cheese and olive topping. For a grab and go snack, they are a great choice. Whether for school lunches or to nibble on while walking, the RW Garcia 3 seed sweet beet cracker is you go to.

For a appetizer for dinner, I made a nice lemon dip and served it with the RW Garcia Lentil with Turmeric crackers. The crackers hold very well for dipping, and the taste with the lemon dip and the Lentil with Turmeric crackers was over the top. Made with all natural ingredients, you get a amazing cracker not only in taste but in texture. The ingredients in the cracker are, Organic stone ground white corn, organic lentils, organic sunflower oil, organic turmeric seasoning organic tapioca syrup solids, organic cane sugar, organic carrot powder, salt, organic tomato powder, organic spices, organic turmeric, organic garlic powder, organic flaxseed, organic black sesame seeds, organic Chia seeds, organic onion powder. There's a lot going on in this box. The RW Garcia crackers may look like a chip, but don't get mistaken, they are a finely tuned cracker. The taste of this combo of the lentil and Turmeric are perfect, along with the nice color of the cracker. They can be eaten out of the box, or served with a nice dip, or cheese. It's all up to you.

For dinner I decided to crush some of the Kale crackers from RW Garcia, and coat some fresh Haddock. I then air fried the fish, and the kale cracker coating held up great. The taste that it gave the fish, was like eating in a five star restaurant. The color of the kale crackers are a wonderful green. They have a nice flavor of corn and kale, with a nice crunch. These kale crackers also are a 3 seed, with flaxseed, black sesame, and chia. Every cracker shows the fine ingredients. RW Garcia crackers not only make a healthy snack, but can be used in many recipes. The savory crunch of these stone ground crackers is amazing. And for dipping they hold up very well, they don't get soggy at all. These are some good tasty crackers. All the RW Garcia crackers make perfect party favors. Dress them up, leave them plain, everyone will enjoy them.

The last box from RW Garcia was their Sweet Potato and I also incorporated them into a recipe. I made some sweet potato cracker, black bean cookie patties. The color that the crackers gave my patties was stunning. And the taste with the black beans was spot on. No matter what flavor you chose, they all make a great alternative to traditional crackers. These RW Garcia crackers are not only tasty, and full flavored, and look so fancy.
