Denny Mike's Sauce & Seasoning Review

From West brook Maine, I have received some wonderful seasonings, from the company, Denny Mike's.

These are crafted seasonings that we're done so by Dennis Michael Sherman, who discovered his love for BBQ while traveling in Texas and Mexico. From there he crafted seasonings and sauces, that can be used not only out doors, but indoors. All the products are all natural, and are gluten free. Dennis Michael aka Denny Mike's, only use's the purest ingredients in his products.

What I received was a nice box of five of Denny Mike's seasoning blends, in a box that is ready for gift giving.

Anytime I can get out and grill, it's a good day. And the meals I made with Denny Mike's seasoning blends, took me right out side. Let me tell you, what delicious dish's I made, using these seasoning blends, and added not a single other ingredient for flavor.

The first thing I made was some chicken jalapeño poppers with Denny Mike's Chick Magnet seasoning blend. Coating the chicken on the out side with the seasoning blend, was all I needed for flavor. The seasoning blend brought the natural chicken flavor alive! It gave me a nice heated southwest flavor profile, and paired great with not only the chicken but the jalapeños. Now you don't have to grill to get fantastic meals, with these seasoning blends. If you have a instant pot, crock pot, or just want to bake or roast, you still get the same elegant tasting flavors. This seasoning blend made my appetizer irresistible, and finger licking good. Denny Mike's seasoning blends are a true artisan blend, that was handcrafted to perfection. Don't just stop at chicken, get creative and add some to any recipe you want. If you love Southwest flavors, then you will love this seasoning blend.

As a nice BBQ side dish, I made some homemade baked beans with bacon, in the oven. For the one and only seasoning for taste, I used the Denny Mike's Sublime Swine. Made just like all the seasoning blends, with great all natural ingredients. The sublime swine seasoning blend not only brought the flavor profile of the beans out, but the bacon as well. This is your one stop seasoning that can be used over and over, to make your dish pop. This is Denny Mike's Tennessee, Kentucky blend, bringing you some real Southern flavors. Don't just use it for pork, go out the box, and try it on some lamp chops, or even in a taco salad. You get so many flavor profiles when you taste it, sweet with a touch of hickory, and then the kick at the end of the cayenne. And the color it gives your food is so amazing, it really invites you to dig in.

The fast food for the grilling tonight was the Shrimp and Veggie skewers, using Denny Mike's Fintastic Seafood seasoning blend. Just lovin these names! Not only did the seafood seasoning bring a elegant taste to the shrimp, it was fantastic on the veggies as well. There is a taste of citrus with a little spice. Great for what I grilled, but can also see this on top of a nice seafood salad. You don't need any other spices or herbs when you use Denny Mike's seasoning blends, they give you all the flavor you need. None of these seasoning blends are salty tasting. They are all perfectly balanced in every ingredient added. This would also be another nice grab and create seasoning blend, not just for seafood. 

Next food grilled was some hot sausage's using the Denny Mike's Cow Bell Hell, as the flavor enhancer. My sausages just soaked the blend all the way through. You could taste it in every bite. No salt or pepper was needed, just the cow bell hell blend. And the color of the sausages was beautiful, nice and glossy, and perfectly tender. You don't have to be shy using these seasoning blends, to much is not enough. The blend is so awesome, and would be great on a nice pork roast, inside cooked or grilled. The chili pepper, gives it a nice kick, and the paprika gives it a nice color. Definitely a great staple to have in the kitchen. The cow bell seasoning blend would taste great sprinkled on some French fries to.

To end the night I had a big thick New York strip steak, grilled and seasoned with Denny Mike's Pixie dust. And the name fit the blend. Because it was magical. The little Pixie fairies, blessed my steak all the way down to the other side. The color of the steak just made your mouth water. After it was grilled, I cut it in big chunks, and the juice just flowed out. And the aromas of everything I cooked, I think the neighbors we're going crazy. This is a another seasoning blend to use on anything and everything. From soup to popcorn, let the Pixie dust bring your food profile to the top. The flavor profile is smoky, with a kick, and a burst of flavors you will think of the rest of the night.
