KRMA foods Review

I received some yummy treats today, from KRMA Foods. And before I tell you about what I received, let me tell you about the company.

KRMA foods was a start up company, that started with the creations of long time friends, all of whom had a passion for food, peace, and good vibes. They were motivated to have and serve the best of themselves, and to make impressions through their food, and their values.

KRMA foods also has a strong passion for the effects of cancer, and through that they partner with you in the fight for a greater good, and to make communities a High Vibe Place.

With that being said, let me tell you about the mouthwatering goodies, they sent over. The first is Kouign Amann, pronounced “QUEEN A-MAHN”. This delicious treat not only looks sophisticated, it's taste is elegant. You might say it taste like a buttery croissant. With it's many layers, of flaky pastry on the inside, and stunning caramel color on the out side, with a little bit of burnt sugar. The texture is much denser then a croissant, and is a very classy French pastry. Warm it up and slather it with butter, or warm it up and drizzle it with honey, and you have a heavenly treat. To make this wonderful pastry is a process, and KRMA does it very well. They are super moist in the center, and the outside has a nice crisp. Made with what is known as lean dough, which is a simple mix of yeast, flour, salt, water, and no fat or sweetener. And still you get a rich pastry with layers of finger licking greatness.

The next flavorsome sweet treat from KRMA foods, is their Beignets. The first of which was the mini mixed berries. To pronounce it correctly it is "Ben-Yay". Another French style delight similar to a doughnut, but deep fried from choux pastry. And when I tell you, you can not eat just one, I am being very serious. For both these treats, it was my first experience, and I was having a amazing time tasting them. You could say that these Beignets are a type of what some might say, a English Fritter. Beignets are very popular in New Orleans, as a confection sprinkled with confection sugar. Having mine warmed up, with my coffee, was a pure heavenly treat.

Stuffed inside the first Beignet was a mixed berry filling, that was luscious to say the least. The second was stuffed with a chocolate hazelnut filling. Both were nectar to your lips.

KRMA foods, doesn't just stop at these three treats, they make many others. From pastries around the world flavors, to superfood breads, and their sweet treats.

You will find fancy strudels filled with spinach, quark pastries, and their Kovigan Amann that has even been presented on QVC.

If you would like to know more about these treasures, visit KRMA online, and give your taste buds a little taste of sweet heaven, dessert style!
