Place the pan over high heat
until it comes to a boil. Turn off the heat, cover it and let it hang for 13
minutes. At precisely 13 minutes, extract the eggs from the pan and place them
in an ice-water bath to let them cool for 5 minutes. Carefully break the shells
of the eggs (make sure the majority of the shell is cracked).
Great for Easter dying eggs.
