Now let me share with you what I made using these great products.

I began with my lunch, and using the dried sliced mango, I made a pork sandwich. The mango slices are amazing, and really complimented my pork sandwich. They have no sugar added to them, all the sweetness is fresh and natural. They bring a great source of not only fiber, but vitamin C. They are great to eat from the bag, but incorporating them into a recipe is even better. In each bite, you taste the sweetness of the mango, the texture is like smooth candy. These dried mangos are a delectable balance of luscious sweet flavors, and a very slight tartness. This makes a great treat for any time of the day. And yes they taste just like a fresh mango!

Dinner was really fun using the products from Baker Street Trading.

The first course was a salad with the Baker Street Trading, sun dried tomato's. I made a nice green salad, with the sun dried tomato's, feta cheese, and figs. Can I tell you the sun dried tomato's we're the star of the salad. The sun dried tomato's have been grown with out any pesticides, and are certified organic. Now you can taste the small amount of salt, but very slightly. These are a fantastic sun dried tomato that would be great to incorporate in many different types of recipes. The tartness in these sun dried tomato's is very little, with a nice chew to them. You can eat them as is, or hydrate them as well. Sun dried tomato's are a great staple to have on hand. Anytime you are looking for a concentrated tomato flavor, you can use them. They are a amazingly delicious tasting product. Adding, a great flavor to your dish. They are easy to rehydrate, or you can just slice them for a salad. If you love olive oil add the, sun dried tomato's along with some garlic and herbs. The ideas are endless.

For a appetizer, I made some scallops and topped them with chopped California pistachios and lemon. The pistachios from Baker Street Trading, are so fresh tasting, and as a garnish really worked in my favor. Baker Street Trading Salted California Pistachios are very heart friendly. You can cook with them, eat them out of the bag, and take them as a on the go snack. Their flavor was very mild, and they had a very beautiful color to them. They we're very fresh, and as a garnish, you still tasted the nutty subtle flavor. The Baker Street Trading pistachios do come with the shell, and ninety nine percent of them we're open, and easy to crack.

My main dish for the night was taking Baker Street Trading Macadamia nuts and coating a nice chicken breast, then pan searing them. The nuts held onto the chicken and created a amazing taste, and coating. The bag was filled with whole macadamia nuts, that we're rich and buttery. Usually these nuts are commonly found in baking recipes, but they offer so much more. They we're unsalted, but again they really did not need to be salted. Even the texture of the macadamia nuts we're creamy. A macadamia nut is know to be very nutritious. So they make a great snack any time of the day, and also are great to include in a recipe. The macadamia nut is on the pricey side, but well worth it. This is due to the fact that it takes a longer time for the tree to bear fruit. But when you have the chance to get them, its well worth the extra expense.

Ending the evening was such a special treat. I used the Baker Street Trading, Tropical Dry fruit mix and made a creamy dessert salad. Almost similar to a ambrosia. Everyone just raved about all the products and how much they tasted so delicious in the recipes. The tropical dry fruit trail mix, was just so helpful in making my dessert, it had all I needed in the bag. Inside the bag was all the combo of the tropical Islands. It's mixture included pineapple, papaya, mango, coconut chips, apricots, crystallized ginger, cranberries and gold raisins. The flavors we're out of this world, sweet and very tropical tasting. The flavors brought a distinctive taste to my salad, and with the creamy addition needed, all of the fruit held perfectly. All of the dried fruit, had a great brightness, and the coconut was also fantastic tasting. The entire mixture was very fresh, and even had a little tangy tingle to it. The fruit was very chewable, not hard at all. The tropical mixture is very versatile and can be used for so many recipes.
