From
my home state of New
Jersey , Cape May to be exact, I received some peanut butter products from Cape May peanut butter company.
I
can't tell you what a fun time I had today cooking with all the products Cape
May Peanut Butter company sent over.
And
if your ever in Cape May , stop by the Cape May Peanut Butter Company. They
pride themselves on great customer service. When you get there you can sit in
the courtyard and relax with your pet.
CapeMay Peanut Butter Company was very generous with sending products. Not only did
they send five creamy flavors, they sent five powdered peanut butters.
I
started the day making two smoothies, for my daughter and I, who is taking the
day cooking with me and these great products.
The
first smoothie we made was with powdered Capu Cino. It was easy to make, just
adding some of the Capu Cino powdered peanut butter into some milk and blended
away. The smoothie came out so silky smooth, and tasty to! The ingredients for
the powdered peanut butter Capu Cino is Roasted Peanuts, Butterscotch Drops,
Cinnamon Drops, Non-GMO Canola Oil, Dextrose, Coffee, Dutch Cocoa Powder,
Natural Flavorings. The flavor of the smoothie is similar to cappuccino. It was
fresh tasting and had no chalky texture to it at all for being a powder based
product. The Capu Cino peanut butter flavor also came in a smooth creamy
container. And what we made was dream bars. The creamy peanut butter was so
easy to use. We put some in the microwave for a few minutes to just soften it
some, then it spread very easily as the topping for our dream bars. The
ingredients in the creamy Capu Cino are peanuts, cocoa, sugar, coffee,
butterscotch drops, cinnamon, and love. And you can taste the love in the
products as well as the time put in to making them. The dream bars, we're just
that, dreamy with the Capu Cino as the star ingredient.
Moving
on in our day, we made some cupcakes, and flavored them with the powdered Choc Choc peanut butter. The cupcakes we're so yummy, tasting like roasted peanuts
and chocolate chip. The Cape May Peanut Butter Company makes this powdered
peanut butter using Dry roasted peanuts, semi-sweet pure chocolate drops, some
milk and some soy. There was no salty taste to the powder, which I loved. The
taste of the powdered Choc Choc peanut butter was like eating a great tasting
coco. It really delivered flavor for our cupcakes. And the nice part, made them
a healthier version.
With
the creamy Choc Choc peanut butter, my daughter and I decided to make some
pretzel bark, and the topping was the Choc Choc peanut butter. The peanut
butter made a great topping due to the creamy texture. And the taste was to die
for. It was a perfect meld of sweet and salty. You taste the roasted peanuts
and the cocoa in every bite. The ingredients for the Choc Choc are peanuts,
chocolate chips, sea salt and sugar, and again love!
I
am so happy I had help today, not only tasting, but helping me bake.
Lunch
soon came upon us and we decided to make another smoothie, this time with
powdered honey roast. Again the flavor was so good, and the smoothie came out
so creamy. The ingredient list for the honey roast was Peanuts, Sugar, Honey,
Potato Starch, Maltodextrin, Peanut Oil, Salt & Xanthan Gum. Even though it
is a peanut butter powder, it tasted like a gourmet drink. And using powdered
peanut butter you get up to 87 percent less fat. This is great for diabetics,
and those watching their waistline. You get such a great smoothie, just by
adding some of the Cape May Peanut Butter Company powdered honey roast peanut
butter into some milk, and again just blend until your desired smoothness. Also
I got, honey roast in a creamy version, and the ingredients we're peanuts,
honey sugar, and again love. Together my daughter and I made some power bars,
using the honey roast creamy peanut butter. The peanut butter was the topping
for our power bars, and melded with the other ingredients perfectly. These
peanut butters from Cape May Peanut butter Company, taste so much better then
store brands. In each bite of what ever you use them with, you taste the
homemade goodness. I think they are much creamier to. The honey in this honey roast peanut butter, really comes through, with the roasted peanut taste as
well.
The Cape May Peanut Butter Company was sent in powder form and creamy form, natural
peanut flavors. For the powdered natural peanut, my daughter and I made what
else "Fudge". You have to have peanut butter fudge! This peanut
butter is so natural, there is only two ingredients, dry roasted peanuts and
salt. The texture is dreamy creamy, and not salty at all. The blend is in
perfect balance. And the peanut butter powder made my fudge taste fantastic.
Also for the creamy natural peanut, we made lunch. Yes, lunch! I took some of
the creamy natural peanut and coated some chicken nuggets, then rolled them in
some crushed peanuts and air fried them. Yes I did! And can I tell you, the
taste was to die for. Who would have known how well chicken and peanut butter worked
as a meld. The ingredients being only two made a nice natural tasting chicken.
It's
been a busy day, and a fun filled day, and I am down to the last two products.
They are powered butter scotch peanut butter, and creamy butter scotch peanut
butter.
For
the powdered Cape May peanut butter, flavor Butter Scotch, we made some
more fudge. The ingredients for this powdered peanut butter was Dry Roasted
Peanuts, Butterscotch Drops, Brown Sugar, Natural Flavor, Soybean Oil. The
taste was so delicious, and made a delicious fudge as well. Now peanut butter
and chocolate is to die for, but peanut butter and butterscotch, well that’s a
dream come true. The combo of the two flavors are not something you see
everyday. But they work! The taste you get is buttery, with a touch of sweet.
This is a good combination for Holiday cooking. For the creamy butter Scotch flavored peanut
butter, my daughter and I made haystack cookies. The butter scotch and the chow
mein noodles we're a wonderful pairing. These are a great cookie with a crunch
and smoothness to them, and with a butter scotch peanut butter, took them to
new heights. These cookies take some time to make, but with the flavor of the
peanut butter, it was worth the wait. The consistency of the Cape May Peanut
Butter Company butter scotch is spot on. Creamy, tasty, and easy to use. Now
you could use all of these products as a dip, or make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches,
but why! There is so many recipes you can incorporate them into.
