Did you know that you can
make your scrammbled eggs fluffy? Well you can and this is how.
INGREDIENTS:
6 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Salt (add more or
less for taste)
1 Teaspoon Pepper
Fork
Mixing Bowl
Stove
Frying Pan
Spatula
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
To begin with, you're going
to want to crack your eggs in a cup. Add as many as you think you'll need per
serving.
Next, you 're going to use
your fork to whip the eggs you always want whip them until all the eggs are
blended and well mixed.
It could take you a few
minutes, but in the end, I swear, it'll be worth it!
When all the eggs have been
combined, add the milk and start to blend. You want the milk to be poured
directly into the egg mixture. In the end, it's just meant to look one colour.
Switch your stove over medium
heat and place your frying pan on top of it.
Also you shouldn't mist your
pan before you dump your egg mixture into it, or you'll end up with an awful
browning on the bottom of your eggs.
Spritz the pan and pour the
egg mixture inside instantly. Enable this to cook for around 2-3 minutes before
you start to see the edges burn a little.
Apply only half the salt when
the eggs are frying.
Take your spatula and gently
move the egg mixture from the outer edges to the centre.
You 're going to start having
the "fluff" eggs right in front of your eyes. Keep to do so before
your eggs start cooking and you get soft and fluffy.
The trick to these eggs is to
cook gradually and fluff the eggs while they cook.
When you see that much of the
milk is cooked out, turn off the heat and extract the eggs from the oven.
Finish off with a tablespoon of salt and pepper.
